CANCELLATION AND REFUND

SOUTHERN STREET MUSIC PRIVATE LIMITED believes in helping its customers as far as possible and has therefore a liberal cancellation policy.

Cancellation

Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within 07 (seven) days of placing the order/ formal written approval. However, the cancellation request may not be entertained beyond the 07 day window and if the event arrangement orders have been communicated to the vendors/ merchants and they have initiated the process of shipping/ organizing them.

Refund Policy
  • SOUTHERN STREET MUSIC PRIVATE LIMITED does not accept cancellation requests for outsourced services or perishable items. However, refund/ replacement can be made if the customer establishes that the quality of the products delivered are not as per the plan.

  • Cancellation by Manager: In the event of any cancellation of Performance by the Manager due to any event other than a Force Majeure Event, Manager shall be liable to refund all monies received from Client until the date of termination under this Agreement.

  • Cancellation by Client: In the event of any cancellation of Performance by Client, the Organization shall permit the Manager to retain all monies received towards the Performance of the Band at the Venue until the date of termination.

  • Force Majeure: In the event of non-performance or failure by either party to fulfill its obligations due to a Force Majeure Event. Parties may agree to terminate the written Agreement by providing a written notice of 5 (five) days.

  • In the event of Termination due to Force Majeure, the Manager may retain any advances received by it under this Agreement until the date of such termination.

  • In case of any change of plans please report the same to our Manager/ Concerned team. The request will, however, be entertained once the we have checked and determined the reason and availability. 

  • In case of any Refunds approved by SOUTHERN STREET MUSIC PRIVATE LIMITED, it’ll take 14-21 days for the refund to be processed to the end customer.
